A pulse jet bag filter, also known as a pulse jet baghouse or pulse jet dust collector, is an efficient air pollution control device designed to capture dry dust particles and particulate matter from industrial exhaust gas streams. It employs a series of fabric filter bags that act as filtering media, allowing clean gas to pass through while retaining dust on the outer surface. The system is widely used in industries such as cement, steel, metallurgy, chemical processing, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and power generation to maintain clean workplace environments and comply with strict emission standards.

The working principle of a pulse jet bag filter is based on a cyclic process of filtration and cleaning.
