It is widely installed under silos, hoppers, bag filters, cyclones, and dust collectors. The motor is mounted directly to the gearbox, and the gearbox output shaft is directly coupled to the rotor shaft, so no chain, belt, or hydraulic transmission is required. This direct-drive architecture reduces mechanical losses, improves transmission precision, and makes the unit especially suitable for applications with limited installation space.

In normal operation, the rotor rotates continuously inside a precisely machined bore. Material enters from the top inlet and fills the rotor pockets. As the rotor turns, each pocket moves downward and discharges the material through the bottom outlet.
