We design and manufacture inert gas circulating pneumatic conveying systems, also called closed-loop inert gas conveying equipment. These systems are developed for safe, airtight and explosion-proof transport of bulk powders. By using nitrogen, argon or another inert gas as the conveying medium, the system prevents oxidation, moisture absorption and combustible dust explosion during handling. It is widely used in high-purity and hazardous powder processing industries.

The closed-loop structure significantly reduces gas consumption. Powder enters the conveying pipeline through an airtight rotary feeder or screw feeder. A Roots blower generates pressure to keep the powder suspended and move it to the target silo or process equipment. After separation, the inert gas is filtered, purified and returned to the blower for reuse. This ensures a stable oxygen-free environment and prevents dust leakage.

This equipment is ideal for oxygen-sensitive and explosive materials, including lithium battery cathode and anode powders, aluminum powder, magnesium powder, zinc powder, pharmaceutical intermediates, pigments, carbon black and chemical powders.
