The PLC control system automates the conveying process. It monitors material level, pressure, valve position, and motor current in real time. The HMI displays system status and records production data. Automatic start-stop, pressure alarms, and interlocking protection ensure stable operation. The system can be integrated with dryers, mixers, screens, and packaging machines, enabling synchronized production and remote diagnostics for quick maintenance.
The solution has a compact footprint, flexible pipeline routing, and low noise. It reduces labor, prevents material loss, and creates a clean working environment. Compared with screw conveyors and bucket elevators, it has fewer moving parts and lower maintenance needs. Depending on the design, the system can handle capacities from 1 t/h to 30 t/h and convey granules horizontally or vertically over distances up to 200 meters.
