Silicon carbide (SiC) particles are widely used in abrasive production, refractory manufacturing, ceramics, metallurgy, and advanced materials. Because SiC is extremely hard and abrasive, mechanical conveyors often wear quickly and cause dust leakage. A pneumatic conveying system moves SiC through a sealed pipeline using controlled airflow, protecting both material and environment. Our pneumatic conveying systems include dilute phase and dense phase options. Pipe materials can be carbon steel, stainless steel, or ceramic-lined. Control power is AC 220V or AC 380V. Inert gas conveying is available for fine SiC powder or oxygen-sensitive materials.
