White sugar powder is widely used in food, beverage, bakery and pharmaceutical industries. Its fine particle size, low bulk density and strong hygroscopicity make handling difficult. A well-designed pneumatic conveying system transfers powder safely from pulverizing, sieving and storage equipment to packaging lines. Our customized solution ensures gentle conveying, minimal product loss, low dust emission and strict food safety compliance.

We supply both dilute phase and dense phase conveying. Dilute phase uses high air velocity to move material quickly. Dense phase uses low velocity and high pressure to push powder in slugs. For white sugar powder, dense phase is preferred because it reduces particle attrition, dust generation and energy use. Vacuum conveying is available for automatic feeding from bags or silos.

Every custom system includes a feeding hopper, rotary airlock, blower or screw compressor, conveying pipeline, cyclone separator, bag filter, pulse cleaning unit, discharge valve, level sensors and PLC panel.
