We design complete emulsifier powder pneumatic conveying systems for food, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and additive plants. Our solutions move lecithin, monoglycerides, stearates, and blended emulsifier powders safely to mixers, blenders, and packing lines without dust escape, segregation, or contamination.

Emulsifier powders are often cohesive, hygroscopic, and prone to bridging, caking, and dust generation. We have developed pneumatic conveying solutions that combine correct pipe velocity, air volume, and material-to-air ratio to keep powder flowing consistently. Our system uses vacuum or pressure conveying as required. Vacuum conveying is ideal for multiple pick-up points and feeding mixers, blenders, and packaging machines because it prevents dust leakage and protects operators. In dilute phase conveying, emulsifier powder is suspended in air at high velocity and moved to a receiving filter. This is proven for moderate distances and capacities. For fragile or cohesive materials, we recommend dense phase conveying, which uses lower velocity and moves powder in slugs through the line. Dense phase reduces particle degradation, pipe wear, and energy use while providing gentle handling.

Every system includes rotary airlock valves, Roots blowers, vacuum receivers, reverse-jet filters, discharge valves, level sensors, and PLC controls.
