Calcium powder filler, also known as calcium carbonate powder, is a key raw material in plastics, rubber, paint, coatings, paper, sealants, adhesives, and building products. Our pneumatic conveying solution moves calcium powder from silos, bag dump stations, or bulk bags to mixers, extruders, reactors, or packing lines in an enclosed, automated, energy-efficient way while preserving material quality.

Calcium powder is fine, abrasive, and can easily cake or bridge. We design every system according to particle size, bulk density, moisture content, flowability, abrasiveness, conveying distance, lift height, capacity, and site layout. The right mode may be dilute phase, dense phase, vacuum conveying, or pressure conveying to ensure stable operation, less wear, and low operating cost.

Main components include storage silo, receiving hopper, bin activator, rotary airlock, screw feeder, roots blower or vacuum pump, conveying pipe, bends, divert valves, cyclone separator, reverse jet filter receiver, dust collector, level sensors, pressure sensors, and PLC control panel. All parts are selected with wear resistance and sealing quality. Smooth pipe surfaces reduce friction and prevent blockages.

The powder is fed into the conveying line at a controlled rate by the airlock or feeder. A blower creates positive pressure, or a vacuum pump creates negative pressure. The air-powder mixture travels through the pipeline at a selected velocity. At the receiving end, a cyclone or filter receiver separates powder from air; material falls into a hopper or process machine, and cleaned air is discharged through the dust collector.

Dilute phase conveying uses high velocity and low pressure, making it simple and economical for short distances and moderate capacities. Dense phase conveying uses low velocity and high pressure, moving powder in plugs to reduce wear, energy use, and degradation. It is ideal for longer distances and abrasive calcium powder.

Vacuum conveying is ideal when powder is collected from several loading points and delivered to one line. The negative pressure prevents dust leakage. Pressure conveying suits continuous transfer from one source to many destinations. PLC-controlled divert valves route material automatically, increasing flexibility and reducing manual handling.

Enclosed conveying eliminates dust emission, prevents contamination, and improves workplace safety. It protects calcium powder from moisture and impurities, reduces material loss, and lowers labor cost. Automated controls ensure accurate feeding, repeatable batches, and stable production. Operators can monitor pressure, filter status, and alarms through the HMI. This is especially important in continuous production where powder supply must remain steady.

Every project is different, so we customize the calcium powder filler pneumatic conveying scheme for new plants and existing lines. We consider floor space, building height, explosion-proof requirements, integration with existing equipment, and future expansion. The system can connect to silo loading, mixer feeding, extruder dosing, packing machines, and central dust collection. Control options include PLC, HMI, variable frequency drive, automatic filter cleaning, and remote access. This allows the system to adapt to changing production requirements.

Our systems serve applications such as calcium carbonate masterbatch, PVC pipes and profiles, wire and cable compounds, rubber products, sealants, adhesives, paints, coatings, paper production, non-woven fabric, gypsum board, putty powder, and tile adhesive manufacturing. They can also handle talc, titanium dioxide, cement, fly ash, lime powder, and alumina after design adjustment. We provide capacities from 100 kg/h to 50 t/h and distances up to 200 meters.

As an experienced calcium powder filler pneumatic conveying manufacturer, we supply complete systems including engineering design, layout drawings, component selection, PLC programming, installation guidance, commissioning, training, and after-sales support.
